Principal Consultant McKinsey
Ulf is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company based in
Hamburg Germany.
He leads the Pharma and Medical Operations practice for
Europe and Middle East and “Industry 4.0” globally. He also leads the
benchmarking service line POBOS for McKinsey.
In his client work he is focusing on operations strategy,
digital performance transformations and building capabilities at scale. This
covers supply chain, manufacturing, quality and procurement in Biotech, Pharma
and consumer health.
He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and a
Master in modern history from the Technical University of Berlin and a Master
in Management from EM Lyon.
